This farm is located in the region of Tolima, just four hours southwest of the capital, Bogotá. The farm started in the 1930’s by Gil Alberto & Ana Rita. Now, a women-owned farm ran by their granddaughters Carolina, Milena & Andrea. This bean holds history where the soils are well tended for in order to attain then maintain a high quality standard. It is recommended at medium roast and is considered a PREMIUM bean. You’ll find this bean to have an upfront orange note to start your day off with a kick. Then gradually smoothing and rounding out to give your palate a full body experience. An exceptional bean necessary for the households that want to start their day off right.
